State-of-the-art academic buildings and our new lodge-style residence halls are situated by rolling hills, a lake, and a lush wooded area. There´s plenty of parking close to the classrooms.
In 2001, a $10 million renovation was completed to our Life Sciences Building; in 2005 our new, $15.4 million, state-of-the-art Library Building was completed. Our recently renovated University Center boasts an area designed exclusively for you, complete with student organization offices, a coffee shop, game room, dining services and the IU Southeast Bookstore.
Be among the first to move in to IU Southeast´s residence halls. Our brand new, on-campus student housing will be open for the Fall 2008 semester. With lodge-style apartments, these are not your typical dorms. They come with the latest technology, on-site laundry, a community great room and the option to have a place to yourself or share a space with up to three roommates. It´s all the amenities of home, except for mom and dad.
IU Southeast is the home of the Grenadiers, and sports fanatics are welcome in Grenadier country.Our men´s & women´s tennis captured KY Intercollegiate regular season and conference tournament championships. The women´s tennis team was ranked 22nd nationally last season. Plus we have men´s and women´s basketball, baseball, volleyball, cheerleading, and the Red Edition Dance team. IU Southeast has all of the nail-biting, heart-pounding, on-the-edge-of-your-seat sports action a true fan could want!

Alpha Phi
A social sorority that promotes scholarship and sisterhood, and strives for the highest ideals of womanhood.
Panhellenic Council
Part of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), and as such is an organization established to foster inter sorority relationships, and to cooperate with IU Southeast in maintaining the highest scholastic and social standards.
Phi Sigma Sigma
Objectives of the sorority are to maintain an outgoing, friendly, and spirited attitude toward the university community and fellow sisters, and to promote high scholastic, social and cultural pursuit among our members.
Pi Kappa Alpha
An organization that challenges its members to advance their interests in any and every endeavor they choose.
Sigma Kappa
Social sorority uniting its members in a bond of sincere friendship for the development of character and the promotion of social, cultural, and intellectual pursuits,and make a constructive contribution to the university community.
Tau Kappa Epsilon
A social organization that is there to help each of its members through their academic career, like a team & family.
Zeta Phi Beta
Zeta Phi Beta is currently the only historically black sorority on campus. Its principles are Scholarship, Service, Sisterly Love and Finerwomanhood.
